Ying Zhi's Reflection

I think that as a teenager, I can help Singapore be a better country by supporting our National leaders like our President Mr Nathan, MM Mr Lee Kuan Yew, SM Mr Goh Chok Tong and Prime Minister Mr Lee Hsien Loong.

I must be a good and hardworking student, always open to ideas and take an interest to whats happening within Singapore and our neigbouring countries. I must not depend on our leaders to take the lead for us and to pay for our needs. I must not take what the national leaders have done to make Singapore what it is today; a safe place, and not take them for granted.

I must not be complacent and be prepared for any undesirable things to happen to Singapore.

If such a crisis really happens, we must all stay calm and work together with our national leaders to overcome such a crisis. Our national leaders alone can’t defend us all the time. We need to be vigilant and work together as one.
